1. Data controller and service provider

Covira is an AI-powered hiring, sales, and workflow platform provided by Devello. Our current public support channels are devello@devello.co, +90 530 177 87 30, and Antplato Plaza Merkez Mah. Dereboyu Cad. No:4 Kat:20 D:157-158 Küçükçekmece, İstanbul, Türkiye.

2. Categories of data we collect

  • User account data: name, email, role, session details, and authentication records.
  • Company and team data: workspace settings, team members, plan details, and usage records.
  • Applicant data: application forms, resume uploads, contact details, notes, and evaluation records.
  • Assessment data: answers, scores, timestamps, and result records.
  • AI interview data: transcripts, session metrics, scores, and related workflow status information.
  • Payment-readiness data: selected plan, pricing requests, and order information required once payments are enabled.
  • Communication and usage data: demo requests, form submissions, IP-based security logs, and basic system logs.

3. Why we use data

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the account and platform experience.
  • To manage job applications, assessments, and AI interview workflows.
  • To provide reporting, exports, proposals, and notification features to teams.
  • To respond to customer requests and manage sales and support workflows.
  • To reduce abuse, spam, fraud, and security risks.
  • To comply with legal obligations and evaluate rights-based requests.

4. AI features and processing scope

Covira may use language models across applicant evaluation, AI proposal, and AI interview workflows. Data used in these flows is processed to generate the related analysis or responses. AI output is assistive and should not be the sole basis for hiring or commercial decisions.

5. Third-party service providers

  • Firebase: authentication, database, storage, and core application infrastructure.
  • Vercel: hosting, deployment, and runtime infrastructure.
  • Google Gemini: primary model infrastructure for AI analysis, proposal generation, and interview text flows.
  • OpenAI: used in selected interview and voice scenarios, especially when video interview mode is enabled.
  • Resend or configured email providers: system email delivery and form notifications.
  • Recall.ai: used only when meeting-bot video interview mode is enabled.
  • PayTR or other payment providers: payment data is shared with these providers once online payment is activated.

6. Retention, access, and security

Data access is limited through permission-based controls. Application, assessment, and interview records may be retained as long as required for the related workflow and applicable legal or operational needs. Certain logs may also be retained for security, fraud prevention, and technical troubleshooting.

8. Cookies and usage technologies

Covira may use browser-based storage for session management, security, preferences, and core performance needs. We do not currently represent active use of ad-network or targeted advertising technologies on this public site.
