The buyer is any individual or legal entity requesting a digital SaaS subscription or paid plan activation through Covira.
3. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement includes Covira subscription plans, related user or workspace activation, AI-powered hiring tools, reporting, proposals, and related support services delivered in a digital environment.
4. Core service characteristics
- Plan-based applicant and active job limits.
- Assessment, AI interview, proposal, and reporting modules.
- Cloud-based access and administration panels.
- Usage limits and support scope defined under the selected plan.
5. Package fee, taxes, and payment method
Current plan pricing is published on the Pricing page. Prices may exclude taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. If online card payment is not yet active, plan activation is completed through the sales team or a manual invoicing process.
6. Service delivery and subscription start
The digital service begins once the relevant plan is approved and workspace activation is completed. Plan-based access is considered delivered as soon as it is assigned to the user account.
7. Right of withdrawal and digital service exception
For digital services delivered immediately, exceptions to withdrawal rights may apply to the extent allowed by applicable law. Buyers should review the nature and start timing of the service carefully before payment or subscription activation.
8. Cancellation and refund policy

9. Dispute resolution and competent authorities
